HOW DOES CAVITATION INCREASE THE PROFITABILITY AND HEALTH OF YOUR HERD?
The CaviMax / ROTOCAV system using the force of rotational hydrodynamic cavitation reactors, creates cavitation micro-jetting bubbles in the liquid fraction of the feed which disintegrates the food / biomass into much, much smaller particles. The pig feed is subject to turbulence, sheer stresses as well as the cavitation bubble collapse field, all of these forces work together in synergy to disintegrate the solid biomass food, speeding up the biomass depolymerisation, breaking down molecular bonds and hydrolysing the macro-components (lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose) into easily digestible and bioavailable sugars.
