  • Vacuum excavation solutions for fertilizer plants sector

Fertilizer Plant Clean‐up and General Maintenance. Vac‐Tron vacuum excavation models are currently being used at various fertilizer plants for general clean‐up and removal of muriatic acid waste. It is highly recommended that the inside of the debris tank and filter housing be protected with a coating that will resist the corrosive effects of the acid. Proper clean up is a must.

  • ENPIKAY Foliar Liquid Colloidal Fertilizer 97% uptake rate

ENPIKAY safely replaces use of Chemical Fertilizers like Urea, DAP, Potash and Complexes in Agriculture and use of Dicalcium phosphate . In Agriculture, ENPIKAY can be conveniently applied through the drippers at early stages of crops and through the leaves (foliar) during the fruiting and later stages of growth to produce the best quality crop with higher yields. ENPIKAY contains Proteins, Phosphorous, Potash, Metabolites of Phosphorous and Potash Solubilizing Bacteria, Phytase and Phosphatase Enzymes, which is an unique combination. ENPIKAY is totally bioavailable and enters into plant system as a bioencapsulated molecule in whole and results in no antagonisms. Organic content in ENPIKAY can replace ten fold inorganic conventional NPK supplements. ENPIKAY is also in the process through Washington State Organic Certification. Also through OMRI but this process is taking longer than Washington State which will be in +- 120 days. 6.66 Liters of ENPIKAY can replace 100 Kg Complex Fertilizers like 17:17:17 Organic phosphorous content of 1 Liter ENPIKAY can replace 10 Kg MOP Organic phosphorous content of 1 Liter ENPIKAY can replace 15 Kg Superphosphate ENPIKAY replaces inorganic phosphorus sources like rock Phosphate and Superphosphate. • Salt OUT The solution to your salinity issues!

Salt Out™ reduces or eliminates salinity stress in plant growth by sequestering sodium and chloride ions from penetrating plant root tissues. These conditions usually occur due to the buildup of salts as a result of fertilizer applications, irrigating with reclaimed, well or pond water, as well as salts deposited by ocean mist. Salt Out™ coats the plant roots disallowing the update of the salts thereby enhancing nutrient uptake resulting in rapid improvement and stabilization of turf color. Salt Out™ also contains a surfactant to ensure proper soil penetration and even moisture distribution throughout the root zone. It reduces water usage by 20% or greater.

  • Greenhouse Irrigation Management

Why efficient irrigation is important. Water and fertilizers are essential to the growth of your crop. However, these resources are becoming increasingly scarce worldwide. Modern horticulture has various possibilities for saving water and fertilizers. For example, recirculation of drain water reduces consumption by at least 30%. Exact alignment of the plant’s needs and the irrigation also provides an important contribution to savings. An associated advantage is that an optimal irrigation strategy will increase your crop performance and your profit. Water solutions for your horticultural company With sustainable automation solutions from Hoogendoorn, you can regulate the irrigation in your greenhouse and in your open field in a targeted manner. The innovative iSii process computer precisely coordinates the dosage of various water sources such as rainwater, well water and drain water with the demands of the crop. Wherever possible, iSii also regulates the complete recirculation and disinfection of drain water. The advanced software anticipates changing conditions pro-actively. For example, the frequency and duration of irrigation sessions are adjusted prior to times of more or less sunshine. Based on the measured water intake of the plants and the water content of the soil or substrate, the irrigation can be tailored even more precisely to the growth process

  • Teraflo Liquid polymer water saving technology. Save Water

TeraFlo® significantly reduces watering requirements per cycle of irrigation while maintaining adequate moisture for good plant health and growth. Due to its filtration properties, excessive moisture also flows through the soil thereby preventing environments for fungal growth. It draws moisture from the air and the surface and attaches itself to the plant roots from sources not previously available. It provides proper wetting and drainage in non-soil media as well as eliminating unusable water. TeraFlo® dramatically improves the ability of rainfall and water to easily penetrate the soil surface and gain access to the root zone. By encapsulating the soil particles, it significantly decreases friction allowing for easy and rapid water penetration and filtration into any soil condition; hardpan, compacted or otherwise. It improves the efficiency of all applied additives (pesticides, insecticides nutrients, etc) preventing rapid leaching of these products. This increases their effectiveness and reduces over all application quantities making additive usage far more cost effective. Holding organophosphates in the soil reduces the leaching of these toxins which significantly improves their performance. The product has a special affinity to nitrogen thereby reducing nitrate leaching protecting against groundwater contamination. TeraFlo® prevents the buildup of soluble sodium salts contained in fertilizers and water sources thereby reducing stress conditions. Continual use will keep the root zone free of sodium salts. TeraFlo® increases microbial activity which aids in root cell buildup resulting in faster uptake of nutrients. TeraFlo® reduces soil erosion from in-furrow irrigation and significantly reduces nitrogen loss in head ditch irrigation systems. TeraFlo® improves drip applied fumigant systems allowing for a more efficient and longer release system. Teraflo provides lubrication to pump parts, valves, and other parts of pressurized water systems preventing products in the irrigation piping from sticking to the walls, thus reducing drip and irrigation head clogging. This reduces downtime, repair costs, and maintenance.
