Advancing into the Scandinavian Pet Cremation Market
For so many UK based businesses, as for companies and organisations all around the world, the past six months or so have been, shall we say … interesting! At Matthews Environmental Solutions we haven’t escaped the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, although we are pleased to say that to a very large extent it has been business as usual. We don’t put this down to luck. Our continuing success has far more to do with the simple fact that we are very good at what we do. In fact, our pet cremation, human cremation and waste incineration technology is internationally acclaimed as being amongst the best there is. Last week for instance was an excellent example when our latest IEB20 pet cremator was completed and shipped to a new client based in Denmark.
This specially designed and engineered pet cremation equipment has now arrived at our client’s site and our engineers are in the process of installing and commissioning the plant to ensure that it operates with the maximum efficiency and economy.
The IEB20 pet cremator is designed to meet EU ABPR 1069/2009 standards and is a compact, highly regarded pet cremator with numerous successful installations all around the world. It is designed for use with either natural gas, LP Gas or Diesel and it ensures efficient and clean individual pet cremations.
The Matthews IEB Range also employs a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system ensuring that every model within the range delivers optimum control across all operating conditions.
Featuring a high capacity thermal oxidising secondary chamber it is designed to retain the exhaust gases for at least two seconds at a minimum of 850oC ensuring that it completely eliminates the risk of smoke or odours escaping into the atmosphere. Further, the hot hearth configuration offers the most efficient use of energy input.
In other words, the Matthews IEB20 pet cremation equipment guarantees the most efficient and effective cremation of pets. At the same time, it provides excellent fuel efficiency, intelligent operator controls and total compliance with the very latest and most stringent international environmental regulations.
The Matthews IEB Range is just one of the many options we can provide to progressive pet crematorium owners. In addition, of course, our designers and engineers can also assist operators to match their specific business needs by creating individual bespoke designed single and multi-chamber pet cremation equipment.
If you are the owner of an existing pet crematorium or looking to set up a new venture and you are considering new technology to upgrade and improve your business opportunities then please do not hesitate to speak to our animal cremation equipment specialists who will be delighted to discuss your specific requirements and provide positive proposals.
