Summary: Monte Powell wanted to keep with his vision that the PowellsWood Garden remain sustainable and beautiful.  Mr. Powell chose Grasspave2 for his grass parking lot after a lifetime of gardening, landscaping, and exposure to competitive products. “It’s a great product,” said Powell and he also commented, “I’ve used other grass pavers, your product is superior.”

Mr. Powell worked with Landscape Architect Ned Gulbran to design the 23 parking stall grass parking lot at the PowellWood Garden.  The soils analysis was a “dream” to work with under a grass paver, according to Powell.  The area was hydroseeded in October of 2014.

Powell relayed that the City is pleased with Grasspave2 at the Garden.
