Method of making organic fertilizer from fallen leaves
A large amount of fallen leaf waste can be made into organic fertilizer, which can solve the storage problem and improve the efficiency. The following is the specific fertilizer manufacturing process.
1.Prepare materials and add bacteria.
1-1.5 tons of dry leaves and dead grass, and 2.5-3.5 tons of fresh manure (it is better to break the leaves and dead grass before composting). ）Use 1kg fertilizer starter. First, the fertilizer starter should be mixed with rice bran (or corn flour, wheat bran) in the proportion of 1:5-10 for standby. The C / N ratio of fermentation materials should be kept at 25-30. Because the C / N ratio of defoliation and litter is too high, the ratio should be adjusted. Therefore, 1 ton of litter should be added with 1 kg of urea (or 50 kg of livestock manure).
The prepared materials are scattered with bacteria and piled up. The pile height and volume of fermentation material pile cannot be too short or too small. Composting requirements: pile height is 1.5-m, width is 2m, and length is unlimited.
3.Adjust the moisture.
The water content of fermentation materials should be controlled at 60-65%. Moisture judgment: grasp a handful of materials tightly, see the watermark but do not drop water at the finger joint, and it is appropriate to scatter when landing. Less water fermentation is slow, more water ventilation is poor, anaerobic bacteria will be produced, and odor will be produced.
The start-up temperature should be above 15 ℃ (it can be operated in four seasons, not affected by the season, and it is better to ferment indoors or in the greenhouse in winter), and the fermentation temperature should be controlled below 70-75 ℃.
5.Agitating material ventilation of the turner.
The composting and fermentation of organic manure need to consume oxygen, so the oxygen supply measures should be increased in the process of operation. Windrow turner machine is the main equipment of organic waste composting, which can mix materials evenly and ventilate them. If there is no turner treatment, it will lead to anaerobic fermentation and produce odor, which will affect the effect.
Generally, 48 hours after the material is piled up, the temperature rises to 50-60 ℃, and the third day can reach 65 ℃ or above. In this high temperature, it needs to be turned over once. In general, there will be two times of high temperature above 65 ℃ in the fermentation process. Turning the turner twice can complete the fermentation, which can be completed within a week normally. The material was dark brown, and the temperature began to drop to normal temperature, indicating that the fermentation was completed. The compost is processed into special fertilizer products by fertilizer granulator machine.
