Courtesy of Inderscience Publishers
This paper examines the past and potential future contributions made on the economics of the environment by the school of thought known as Post Keynesian economics. Post Keynesians have thus far said little on the environment. This is for a number of social, historical and theoretical reasons. However, the paper argues that in the future the school could make significant contributions on the environment, mainly through its methodological approach, which emphasises systems, uncertainty, realism and pluralism.
