The lifting Operations and lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 came into force on 5th December 1998. If you are an employer or self employed providing lifting equipment for use at work then the regulations apply to you.

Our fully qualified staff can check all your climbing and lowering equipment to ensure it complies with the regulations. A LOLER inspection does not necessarily mean all your climbing and lifting equipment will need to be replaced. It is there to ensure that it is safe for use.
