Artex hosts regular trips to China for both customers and dealers to tour their facilities, showcasing their manufacturing capabilities and commitment to quality. This global expansion has led Artex to a vast and rapid growth. With a network of dealers around the world and projects in more than 40 countries worldwide, Artex takes pride in the level of excellence and commitment it continues to bring to the dairy industry.

The combined company will be based in its new Global Headquarters and Innovation Center in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, while leveraging both companies’ operations throughout the United States, Canada, Latin America and the rest of the world.
The creation of VES-Artex integrates each organization’s focus on animal wellbeing as the foundation for agricultural success, while strengthening its capabilities to impact agricultural operational performance through connected technologies and the Internet of things (IoT). This research-driven approach brings together veterinarians, designers, product experts and dairies working together to design and build facilities to optimize animal wellness, reproduction, and productivity specifically for local climates and herds.
Our Philosophy is Simple...
The more a cow lays down, the more milk she produces.
The more milk she produces, the more money farmers make.
Our Research
Our team, along with business and university partners, began the study of cow comfort in pasture environments. This study was designed to help us better understand animal stress and what constitutes ‘natural behaviours’.
Our Goal
Our goal has been to create a barn environment that is as close to the pasture as possible to increase productivity and management efficiency, but also to promote animal health and well being.
Our Belief
Our belief is that it is crucial to a farm’s success to reduce animal stress. This means designing a barn that simulates the pasture environment and promotes natural behaviours like lying down.
Our Success
Our success is built on a foundation of customer service. As a company, we believe our success is found in the success of the farmers who use our products every day to enhance their business.
