Your Trade Office will also be an excellent meeting place to meet and attract potential Chinese Investors and Business Partners. Our staff will manage your Trade Representative Office in China without the expensive overhead and expatriate staff salaries. APIIL officers and senior staff are knowledgeable in the intricacies of “business cultures” of China. Our travels and daily interaction with Chinese businesses across the country over the years have enriched and broaden our ability to help foreign businesses navigate the complexities of the China market. Our staff has the “grass-root” contacts in many large as well as small and medium-sized China municipalities across the country to effectively support foreign companies’ office operation in China. When you participate in international exhibition (such as the Shanghai International Exposition in 2010) anywhere in China, we will provide the personnel to manage your exhibition booths.
Market Study and Analysis: APIIL’s grass-root contacts across China enable us to assemble and analyze the market information more effectively. We rely less on published statistics and focus more our study of the market for a particular business based on current and “on-the-spot” information. We study regularly daily events sourced from local newspapers, government bureaus and contact persons to assemble information. This approach results in real time “present condition analysis” of the market which will serve as effective guide for foreign companies’ decision-making process.
Contract Negotiation: APIIL senior staff has long and varied experience in many contract negotiations on local, provincial and national levels. In particular, APIIL CEO, a former regulator with Federal Reserve Board of the United States and World Bank assignments in China, has business negotiation experience in China over 2 decades. Our ability to successfully negotiate contracts is also supported by the experience of many former and retired government officials (from the APIIL 500-man Independent Associates Business Network System) who are very knowledgeable of the many pitfalls and intricacies of negotiating business in China. Applying these skills saves time and money for foreign companies contemplating business entry to China. The result is more timely conclusion of contracts and effective implementation/execution of business plans.
