Canadian Geothermal Energy Association (CanGEA)
The Canadian Geothermal Energy Association (CanGEA) is a not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to increase and promote our membership as well as the benefits of geothermal power and heating across Canada through innovative research, market development, and policy advocacy. As geothermal policy issues surface, CanGEA is poised to join the discussion with our Federal, Provincial, and Territorial governments as well as develop advocacy initiatives that have our membership`s best interests in mind. Through regular meetings and consultations with government representatives at all levels of government on geothermal energy, CanGEA has developed strong working relationships with all major political parties. We continue to leverage our existing connections, both publicly and privately, to support our membership on current and developing policy issues.
