Degelman Industries Ltd
Since 1962, Degelman Industries has pioneered the perfect balance of engineered toughness and intelligent design. The result is outstanding equipment that exceeds expectations and outperforms. We achieve this through meticulous design and vigilant customer service. Every day, the designers in our state-of-the-art research and development facility work tirelessly to provide new and innovative solutions to fit the ever-growing need of performance, quality and durability for today`s agricultural and industrial equipment. And our Customer Service Centre`s goal is to make sure customers are taken care of no matter how long ago our equipment was bought. Because if it has our name on it, we expect nothing short of optimal performance.

State-of-the-Art Manufacturing
At Degelman, we constantly improve and design new products right here in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with over 145,000 square feet under one roof. That way, we have complete control over the quality of our products, from start to finish. We continually upgrade and invest in our facility with the latest technology, such as computerized and controlled equipment that can cut steel, bend sheets over 20 feet, drill holes, mill and robotically weld with precision. In addition, our research and development facility and design team is located right beside our manufacturing facility. So, if we hear from our customers of any problems in the field with our products, we react right away and fix the problem at the source. It's all part of our Degelman philosophy to always evolve, always listen and always improve.
Research & Development
Experience and state-of-the-art tools make for world's best agricultural, construction and industrial machinery. Degelman R&D engineering design teams use the most advanced software, measuring devices and testing standards to design our equipment. We take precise measurements to ensure optimum configuration. We use the latest 3D software to build all our products to achieve the most accurate and strongest fits possible. And we have one of the longest testing cycles in the industry. It's all based on our vision of manufacturing and designing the best equipment out there - period.
High-End Design Software
We start with top-of-the-line 3D software and run our equipment designs through multiple what-if scenarios. Then we put the designs into our Finite Element Analysis (FEA) engineering analysis software. It allows us to simulate the loads our design and mounting hardware will encounter before we ever get to the building and testing stages. Our engineers run a variety of the toughest simulations possible-heavy loads, hard angles and high lifts to find out ahead of time of any problem spots. Then, and only then, do we move to making a prototype to test in the field.
In-Depth Testing
After our designs pass all our 3D tests, we move to rigorous prototype testing in the field. With our Dozer blades, for example, we angle, tilt and push the blades to the extreme and in severe operating conditions. We also use straining gauge measurements: which precisely measures loads in the field. This allows us to see what parts of our equipment take the highest loads and then we make sure those parts of the blade that take the highest loads have the most steel or design reinforcements.
Constant Product Improvements
We are relentless when it comes to making our products robust. We ask heavy-user Degelman customers to test any new products first. This in-depth field testing can take years. Our customers then give us field reports and we redesign and update the product based on their feedback. Only after we, and our customers, are satisfied do we move to introducing new equipment. Add to that, no matter how long a product has been manufactured, when we receive feedback from our customers we improve the product immediately. The end result is continuous product improvement and our customers receiving the best product out there.
If our customers have any problems in the field with our products, we address them and improve them immediately. It's all part of our Degelman philosophy
