De.mem Limited (ASX:DEM) is a Singaporean-Australian de-centralised water and waste water treatment business that designs, builds, owns and operates water and waste water treatment systems for its clients. Established in 2013, our company has offices in Singapore, Perth (Australia), Brisbane (Australia; via subsidiary De.mem-Akwa Pty Ltd), and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange since April 2017. De.mem operates in the industrial segment providing systems and solutions in particular to customers from the mining, electronics, chemicals, oil & gas and the food & beverage industries as well as in the municipal and residential segments. Customers include leading multinational corporations in their respective industries and municipalities and government organizations from the different countries. De.mem strives to become the worldwide market leader in de-centralized water and waste water treatment.

Our company has licensed proprietary technologies from its partner in research & development, Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University (NTU). NTU and the organization within NTU, the Singapore Membrane Technology Center (SMTC), have been ranked by recognized international research institutions among the leading organizations in membrane and water research world-wode. Technologies licensed from NTU include a revolutionary low-pressure hollow fibre nanofiltration membrane, which leads to a reduction in operating expenses by reduced power consumption, and reduced cap ex due to simpler system architecture, for the customer. De.mem holds an exclusive world-wide license on this innovation.
Through its wholly owned subsidiary Akwa-Worx Pty Ltd, De.mem also has a strong presence in Australia. Akwa-Worx has a market reputation for building high quality Australian designed and manufactured products and has long-term customers in the Australian mining industry and in the municipal and residential sectors.
