We are 100 years old this year, 2016! No, we don’t look it or act like it, as we have taken advantage of our century old existence to learn and understand the livestock industry.
We now focus on the future, maintaining our unique product designs, yet focusing on continuous improvement of our product offerings.
In 2012, Brad Mills acquired Franklin Equipment Company and relocated the product lines from Monticello, Iowa to Mills Manufacturing Company in Earlville, Iowa, a short distance from Franklin’s original location.
This relocation provided for incorporating the Franklin products into Mr. Mills existing livestock and agricultural business model.
Franklin Equipment Company, now joins a family of product lines and business units focused totally on agricultural, livestock and farming; whether big or small operations.
Mr. Mills, a native Iowan, graduated from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa and throughout his professional career has focused on what he knows best…growing up on a farm and understanding the needs of the livestock and agricultural needs.
As Franklin celebrates 100 years, we are proud to be a part of this long standing tradition of quality, durability and reliability of the Franklin Equipment vast product offerings.
We look forward to the next 100 years of innovation and continued product integrity and quality to support the American farming industry.
