Hope Mills Saw & Mower has grown from a specialty shop to one of the largest multi-line dealers in the area. Hope Mills Saw & Mower prides itself on its customer service - we know how important it is to be taken care of and to have someone you can trust. Our Parts department is staffed by experienced professionals that want to make sure you get the right part at the right time and at a fair price. Not only can our team answer your questions intelligently, they'll help you find the parts you need.

Tony, a NC native, has been at the Hope Mills Saw & Mower Parts Counter since January of 2006. With a background in sales, Tony has made good use of his experience and knowledge in the outdoor lawn equipment world. His favorite part of the job? 'Helping people find what they need.' When he's not at the counter, you're likely to find him on the golf course!

Kari joined the Hope Mills Saw & Mower crew in July of 2008. Fortunately for us, she showed up on our doorstep after losing a job with a local oil company due to the increased cost of fuel at the time. Since then, she has become our 'Parts Detective' using any and all resources available to find the part you need! A mother of three, Kari enjoys spending her free time at home with her children.

Al started his 'training' at the age of 9 in 1966 when the shop was originally an automotive service center. The son of late founder Jim McLean, Al started out changing tires and has moved through the ranks learning the business inside and out. The business changed from automotive to outdoor equipment in 2005 as a direct result of Al's enthusiasm for the small engine industry. When he's not rattling off part numbers from memory, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his granddaughter.

Brannon began working in the warehouse at Hope Mills Saw & Mower in June 2010. His responsibilities include receiving freight, stocking inventory, and assembling equipment.  During our busy season, we also utilize his talents on the sales counter. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies. His favorite? 'Probably the Dark Knight because of the Joker!' he tells us.
