Currently a complete assortment of UV sensors, measurement windows, UV display and reference measurement units, especially for the UV disinfection market of drinking- and tap water, is offered. In a relative short time the company has gained high recognition for expertise, creativity and quality internationally.

About us
With our new company buildings in 2001/2002 and 2008/2009 the production conditions have been improved importantly and new technologies like the flat conveyor sealing furnace for effective production of pressure glass and customized feedthroughs, an own Ni- and Au galvanic could be installed. New applications in medical range or in corrosive fields use, among stainless steel, also titanium, Ti-Al alloys or Inconel. 2004, a technology for production of ceramic feedthroughs for high pressure application have been developed. In the field of sensor technology, sensor modules and electronic units are developed, produced and distributed for UV-, humidity and common sensor applications.
The common work on research- and development themes with popular universities and academic institutes show the innovation ability of the team of almost 65 engineers and high qualified specialist around the managers Dr.-Ing. Horst Hansch and Rolf Kirchhoff. The positive company development led to an extension of the production capacity, the infrastructure and the manpower. The company is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
Research and Development
In the framework of a technology-oriented start-ups with the cooperation partners, CiS Erfurt and the TU Ilmenau a modular dew point measurement system was developed and introduced as an innovative product.
After more than twenty years with over 60 employees, and about one-third of high - and professional students, this strategic concept has proven itself. Together with scientific institutions, partners and potential customers, over 100 projects were developed for glass feedthroughs as packaging for the UV disinfection technology and the humidity measurement to the technology and product development.
This hermetically sealed, insulated electrical feedthroughs, glass-to metal seals, cooling or heat discharges as a result of heat sinks, designed heatpipes are connected for specific products or specific applications innovative construction and connection technologies, application-specific configurations or application-ready modules.
