Net Irrigate is an “Internet of Things” ag tech company that provides remote monitoring and control solutions primarily for center pivot irrigation. Our mission is to remove inefficiencies associated with maintaining and operating center pivot irrigation systems. Net Irrigate began building customized remote monitoring devices and reporting software in 2006 for large farms and government agencies associated with ground and surface water conservation. In 2010, Net Irrigate completed its first capital raise and embarked on a more product-centric strategy by releasing its flagship WireRat brand which led to the reduction of copper theft on center pivots in several areas of the United States. Since then, our company has deployed over 10,000 monitoring devices across 2,000+ agricultural enterprises. Use the NetIrrigate mobile app to see where your pivot is and set heading alerts. Works worldwide.
Net Irrigate, LLC was founded in 2005 in Southern Indiana. The first business plan was hatched by two students who were pursuing their MBA degree fulltime at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Their respective backgrounds in agriculture, finance, software, and industrial automation led to the creation of technology which addresses the environmental, political, social, and economic issues related to rising farming costs and diminishing water resources.
To facilitate, via hardware and software technology, the conservation of economic inputs associated with agricultural irrigation.
