The Omarv company was born in Savigliano, in the province of Cuneo, back in 1963. Initially, the small family-run workshop dealt primarily repair of agricultural machinery and processing for third parties. The real production of agricultural machinery starts here. The first prototypes that will become the flagship of the company are in fact built: mowers of each measure, choppers, mowsloaders and lawnmowers. Over the years and thanks to the support of the Chamber of Commerce, it begins the strong internationalization of the company, which manages to bring its brand across the world through the participation in international trade fairs and missions abroad. OMARV products are still mainly sold abroad. The sales network developed over the years is now extensive and capillary and can boast customers and importers loyal to the OMARV brand for more than 20 years now.
The long experience in the field, the constant desire to improve and innovate on machinery to meet all customer needs, a good after-sales service and a continued assistance made sure that the brand Omarv is now known and established throughout Europe. Our machines are designed, planned and built in Italy and represent a efficient and professional range of products, intended for agricultural use and maintenance of public and private green. Our production is focused on mowers, presenting: multipurpose mowers, choppers, mowsloaders, large folding mowers, shredders, lawnmowers with collector. We propose novelties, prototypes and modifications each year, in order to constantly respond to the needs of an increasingly growing customer base. Later, the small repairs transformed into real changes, as customers increasingly require changes and improvements on their machines, so that they were more congenial to their needs. The first great breakthrough came in 1980, with the transfer from the small workshop, then located in Corso Indipendenza, to a zone definitely more spacious and suitable for certain processes, where new sheds and offices were then built, equipped with modern machinery to follow the entire production process: from welding and balancing, to painting and assembly.
