The company was founded in 1995, originally as a machine fitting room with almost a dozen employees. The production hall was situated in the village called Dolní Životice. The first major milestone was the beginning of the production of wearable spare parts in 1996. Afterwards the company has established the Commercial Department with warehouse so to be able to take advantage of long-term production capacity. This department has ensured sales of spare parts and has presented the company at exhibitions and fairs, which in the early days of the Internet played together with good quality of products a major role in attracting new business contacts. Thanks to demanding character of production spare parts that come into direct contact with soil and they are very quickly worn, the production halls were gradually equipped with technologies for shaping and refining steel. This step meant for the company a major progress and hand in hand with these changes the company made an investment in equipment of their own design workplace.

In 2001 the company took over the entire production program of agricultural machinery from engineering company “OSTROJ Opava a.s.” and has begun to produce their own agricultural machines under the brand “OpaLL-AGRI, s. r. o.”. Thanks to this step the company has joined to the group of big producers of agricultural machines. Following the developing production and good sales result, the production capacities of company have to be extended, and this was the reason why the former site of an agricultural research institute was bought in the nearby village called Hertice. After extensive renovation, there were moved office rooms and spare parts warehouse. The extensive site also enabled the establishment of a new store, service workroom and exhibition space, where customers can view the assortment of offered agricultural machinery. The original production site in the village Dolní Životice was rebuilt two years later. There were build a new production hall and alongside the premises for employees.

In 2014 began the construction of new production and assembly room. Production facilities covering an area of almost 5000 m2 were established on area of the former agricultural brownfield. The welding shop was placed on this area, and significantly got better the finalization of products due to several paint shops, both for machines and for spare parts. Assembly parts warehouse and assembly shop with four separate assembly workplaces are placed in another part of the hall.

The opening ceremony of the new production hall took placed on September 10, 2015 in the presence of leading representatives of the agricultural sector, headed by Agriculture Minister Marian Jurečka, who also uses on his family's farm the machinery “OPaLL-AGRI, s. r. o.”.  The cutting of the tape, the active introduction of technology in the field and rich accompanying program made up the part of the opening ceremony. Except sites and buildings located in villages Hertice and Dolní Životice the company has two commercial branches in the Czech Republic.  The first is placed in village called Golčův Jeníkov in the district Havličkův Brod and the main aim reside in selling parts and machines in the north part of Bohemia.  The extensive complex was purchased in 2012 and it consists of administrative building and a large warehouse.
