Pagter Innovations: Specialist in flower packaging systems!
Since 1992 we develop and produce innovative packaging systems for cut flowers in water. Pagter products are designed with the passion for maintaining the quality of flowers, all the way from the producer to the consumer. Growers, traders, (on-line) florists and retail chains around the world use our concepts to enhance quality, save costs and boost sales.
Pagter Innovations is based in Roosendaal (The Netherlands), Allentown (USA) and Nara-Ken (Japan).
Pagter Innovations BV was founded in 1992, the year the first Procona was launched on the market.
Initially the Company consisted of Jan de Pagter, his wife Lia and their daughter Corina, and was run from their home, but after a few years the business had grown and Pagter Innovations BV moved to premises in Dinteloord. In 2001 Pagter Innovations BV moved to new, bigger facilities in Roosendaal. In 2004 we opened an office in Nara-Ken Japan plus a warehouse in Osaka.
Pagter Innovations Inc was founded in 1996. The office was in Chicago until 2012 when it moved to Allentown (PA).
Since 1992 Pagter Innovations has developed a range of products for transporting cut flowers in water. In 2005, when the first major UK retail chain adopted the Procona system for all its shops, Pagter added a series of display units to its range. This means that now Pagter Innovations not only offers solutions for the optimum transportation of cut flowers but also for their perfect presentation at the point of sale.
Pagter products have been rewarded with a number of prizes for industrial design; The Gouden Noot 1994, the Good Industrial Design Award 1999, Innovator of the Year 2002, The Innovations Award Hortifair 2002 and the Bronzen Noot 2006.
Pagter Innovations develops and produces innovative packaging systems for cut flowers on water for the entire chain from producer to consumer. It is our aim to help growers, traders and retailers all over the world to retain the quality in chain, to improve the presentation of flowers and where possible to lower the costs of packaging and transport.
At Pagter Innovations new packaging for cut flowers is the never ending goal of our Research & Development Department. Development of new packaging ideas is based on our own insights and client requests.
