RCO Tractor
Over 50 years ago, Caryl Baldwin, a dry goods merchant from the High Plains of West Texas bought 800 acres of rolling hill country in beautiful Lampasas County, fulfilling his lifelong dream to be a Texas cattle rancher. Over the following decades, his family`s love of this land flourished along with the Polled Herefords they raised and Coastal Bermuda hay they cultivated. In the late 1970`s, Mr. Baldwin`s eldest daughter, Jimmie Jean, and her husband Pat Ryan took on the day-to-day operation of the ranch. They expanded the herd, incorporated, and the Ryan Cattle Operation, or RCO Ranch was born.
