The company was located in downtown Lamesa, until October 1964 when Sam built a new plant at 2000 Lubbock Highway. Since then the company property expanded to five buildings located on approximately 30 acres.
Sam E. Stevens is still in charge of the company although he has turned over many of the daily operating tasks to sons, Sammy L. Stevens, Ricky McKnight and Randy Mcknight. A fourth family generation is now employed and training to continue to lead the company into the future.
