Schouten Machines for agriculture and grounds care are now available in New Zealand and Australia. Schouten Machines Limited are  the official factory representative and started supplying machines to clients here in 2009.

Schouten manufacture a wide range of dairy farm machinery specialising in feed wagons and dairy effluent management systems.

Schouten (pronounced Scouten) have long been established in the development and manufacture of low pollution effluent disposal. Strict European standards mean that old methods of spraying effluent are being phased out in favour of more clean and green low emission techniques. Schouten were pioneers in developing the direct application/injection, avoiding airborne pollution problems.

Schouten Quickfeed feed-wagons were specially designed to reduce the cost of feeding out. Careful consideration to efficiency and time-saving mean these machines will increase profitability for New Zealand and Australian farmers.

Schouten are also active in the grounds care industry and manufacture a range ofgrounds care machinery including mowers, mower-collectors and sweeper-collectors.  Customers for these machines will include contractors, councils, local bodies, sports clubs (including golf courses) and also for pasture cleaning.

Schouten Machines B.V. was launched in 1971 as a regional distributor of agricultural machinery and has become a leading  manufacturer of agricultural and grounds care machinery in the Netherlands.

Schouten specialises in the manufacture Quickfeed feed wagons, of low emission manure and effluent/slurry application and handling systems and also manufactures   drainage trenching machines.

Along with the agricultural machines Schouten also produce Grounds Care machinery such as mowers, sweepers and scarifiers/aerators. These are widely used by local bodies, contractors and in sports ground maintenance.

In New Zealand and Australia the benefits of Schouten Machines are rapidly becoming apparent. Unique design features, European quality and reasonable prices, direct from the factory, make Schouten Machines an obvious choice for New Zealand and Australian farmers, contractors, local bodies, sporting venues and industry.
