Alexander Chemical and Niacet enter purchase agreement for AHCl line

Alexander Chemical Corporation, a leader in the water purification chemical industry, has agreed to sell its anhydrous hydrogen chloride product line to Niacet Corporation.
Following the sale, which is expected to close by October 30, 2017, Alexander will focus on its core product lines.
Alexander and Niacet are committed to working together to provide seamless customer support throughout the sale and transition period.
Niacet is a leading producer of organic salts, serving customers globally in the Food, Pharmaceutical, and Technical industries. They have been producing technical grade AHCl since 2013 and will have ULSI electronic grade aHCl available in early 2018. Niacet is a member of the American Chemistry Council and has ISO 9001 and GMA Safe certifications.
Founded in 1950, Alexander supplies chlor-alkalai products and industrial gasses to public utilities, industrial users and municipalities. Alexander is committed to Responsible Distribution, as verified by the National Association of Chemical Distributors.
