End of April, over 100 of our partners and experts in dairy production gathered in Le Grand Parc du Puy du Fou in Vendée (France), for a very unique show! Lallemand Animal Nutrition organized a French-speaking symposium dedicated to: The New Challenges of Dairy Farming. The symposium focused on the key issues of modern dairy production: profitability, safety and sustainability.
Zoom on microbial ecosystems
From the herd down to the microbial environment of the cow rumen, milk or forage, this symposium helped to give some food for thought and practical clues for profitable dairy management.
A balanced mix of:
- Lectures by recognized experts (Dr Bach from IRTA, Dr Veissier from INRA, Dr Tormo from INP Purpan, as well as Dr Dunière and Chaucheyras-Durand from INRA-Lallemand )
- Small groups workshops around practical issues
- A friendly and enjoyable setting,
appeared as the perfect recipe for fruitful exchanges and discussions among the participants who really appreciated the event!
We thank all of our partners and speakers who made the success of this symposium.
