Scherjon Dairy Equipment Holland produces cheese-vat's of various dimensions, depending on the individual needs and cheese production capacity of our customers. This cheese vat has a capacity of 2200 Litres. Our aim is to supply you with a cheese vat that is custom-built. The capacity of the daily processed milk can be adjusted easily by adding another cheese vat, which doubles the capacity per day.

We put the cheese maker in the driver's seat

The PLC of the cheesevat contains numerous recipes, so that with a touch on the button the computer selects the desired recipe. In other words: we put the cheese maker in the driver's seat. Each of our fully enclosed, stainless steel cheese makers meets strict hygiene standards, provides high process security and is equipped with a protected whey discharger system, or can be equipped with our Rapid Whey Discharge System , RWDS©
