Model 754 - Suger Beet Harvester

The topper is hydraulically driven with a flail shaft. In a conventional topper an endless auger transports the leaves to the side. For spreading the leaves on a larger area a spreader disc can be mounted.
The integral topper has a larger flail shaft and more flails. The leaves are forced down between the beet rows. Both types of toppers have automatic height control which can be adjusted from the computer.
Knives with parallelogram give a movement between the knives and the grid. The knives can be replaced by disctoppers, either one or on all rows. The disctopper keeps itself clean and sharp. Perfect for frozen leaves or fields with a lot of weed. As an option a hydraulic moveable bracket for the knives or disctoppers can be mounted. This makes it possible to change the topping while harvesting.
Steering & depth control
The feelers follow the beets and adjust both the steering and the depth. There are two units on each machine for a more sensible row and depth control. Easy to adjust from the computer.
Two frames system
The system with two frames is unique for an Edenhall harvester. The main frame carries the weight and the lifter frame is light and moveable for more exact harvesting which makes it easier to follow the rows but also to follow the shape of the field.
The oscillating lifters are powerful and well-known and work in all conditions.
Long lifter legs for more space and better a beet flow.
The input shaft
The input shaft helps the beets to move on to the turbines. Each lifter unit has its own stone protection.
Hydraulically driven oppel wheels with powerful gearboxes and minimum maintenance. The lifter units are mounted on the lifter frame in a pivot position with separate stone protection. The speed of the wheels are adjustable from the computer.
The cleaning system consists of three turbines and a special rubber roller bed. The two larger turbines have adjustable speed from the computer and also the gates can be adjusted either manually or hydraulically. The rubber roller bed gently removes soil, weed and stones. One rubber roller can be reversed for harder cleaning in though conditions. The beets are transported between the rubber rollers and a belt. The speed of the belt decides the cleaning and can be adjusted from the computer.
The turbines can be open or closed and with different number of spokes. The gates can be equipped with pigtails or horizontal gates. When using pigtails a lost plate can be mounted - good in dry conditions.
The cleaning system is hydraulically driven with kevlar belts for minimum maintenance.
The elevator transports the beets from the cleaning system and into the tank. 1200mm width of the belt for high capacity.
The tank is a strong construction for 12 tons of sugar beets. Variable speed of the unloading trace for quicker unloading. Adjustable unloading height from 2 – 4 meter. The long unloading elevator makes it easier to unload into trucks or in heaps.
Fully developed hydraulic system. The PTO-shaft supports the machine’s own hydraulic system. The hydraulic system of the tractor supports the control system on the machine. The well known danfoss valve makes it possibe to connect both a closed and an open hydraulic system. The valve has also an extern LS-connection.
The two wheels; Trelleborg 600/65 x R34 gives the harvester a low ground preassure and a stabile operation. The harvester also has good ”opening skills” since the wheels are in line and the boggi axle is moveable sideways.
The large right wheel also contribute to the low ground preassure. Standard dimension: 900/65 x R32'

The Edenhall harvester’s safety equipment is adapted for an efficient and safe operation. Emergency buttons are placed strategically and can easily be reached in an emergency. Edenhall 753 are CE-branded.
