Model 900 Liters - Cheese Vat



Scherjon Dairy Equipment Holland developed a sophisticated cheese vat for use in research institutes. With a capacity of 900 Liters small batches of curd could be produced. The cheese vat can be equipped with the patented Scherjon strainer or the Rapid Whey Discharge System (RWDS).
