The AQS-system is the first of it's kind that can learn to grade and sort chickens. Via the camera system, the software programme detects and establishes many deviations in colour as well as registering profile deviations such as, shape, size, broken wings and missing parts etc.
The AQS-system also collects data from the products and product streams to feed and control the entire slaughterhouse operating system. The standard AQS version can be upgraded to handle no less than 12.000 chickens per hour. The system was developed exclusively for Stork Food Systems
