Bertocchi - Model EOS TT - Tube-in-Tube Enzymatic Deactivation System
EOS TT has the tube-in-tube technology modified to be coupled with the deaeration technology, to take the best of both applications. In particular, the puree is less stressed, less stocked in tanks and less damaged by mechanical and heat actions. That allows to increase the quality of puree in terms of colour, flavour, aroma and consistency reaching an high level product.
