Key Features
The Gladiator series of heavy scraper blades are designed to reclaim substandard land (acres) lost to high moisture levels. The Gladiator is also useful for top dressing approaches or road areas that need to be restored. The Gladiator will help you revive potentially arable acres and reduce costs for regular land maintenance required around your farm or agri-business.
With the unique design of the blade you will be able to move more material saving time and cost to move product from one location to another. The contour of the blade is designed to “roll” dirt onto the blade while reducing “bounce” when digging. This contour also reduces dirt clinging to the blade on dumping.
The Gladiator blade is designed with a “deep box” weldment to increase strength a rigidity in heavy load applications. This design also allows for a large amount of soil to be moved at one time, reducing the number of trips required to re-locate or re-contour the affected area. Functional components such as tilt and depth indicators as well as the horizon indicator help you determine your blade angle, digging depth and perspective in is digging as well as angle of cut, while still giving you the ability to determine whether the blade is moving level in relation to the horizon. Large diameter grip tires ensure that the industry leading weight of the blade stays straight behind the tractor even when corner ditching to extreme depths. The designed relief on the backside of the blade reduces draft and allows for better horsepower efficiency.
