Gallignani - Model 5690 - Small Square Balers
Gallignani 5690 square baler is the ideal solution to combine robustness and productivity in all working conditions, being specifically designed for professionals, contractors and big farms. The 5690 model has established itself on the market as a professional baler that is designed to last and to give the best “when baling gets tough,” combining a heavy-duty and reliable structure with high productivity. The 5690 baler is available with twine or steel wire knotter and it's ideal for collecting the most difficult crops such as corn stalks, sorghum and oats. The wide angle PTO drive shaft supplied as standard helps the movements and transport of the baler, so that all the operations come easy.
The pickup “Extra Large” measures 1.80 meters allowing a higher width of collection, also picking up a greater amount of crop within the compression chamber. Powered by a belt drive which also acts as a slipping clutch in the event of overload, the pickup “Extra Large” is made of 105 tines distributed in 21 rows protected by special steel bands.
The 5690 baler is equipped with two tines on the outer forks and three tines on the inner crank, ensuring a constant flow from the feeding to the compression chamber. The safety devices are present on the cranks, both the outer (shear bolt) and the inner (auto-reset spring system).
The 5690 baler has a standard pickup deflector with automatic opening that extends the width of collection. The standard pickup tyre makes the 5690 a suitable baler for any ground and soil condition, even harsh and un-even.
The 5690 baler is equipped with special hydraulic connections to use optional accessories. With the hydraulic lifting, the operator can raise or lower the pickup to adapt to different ground conditions without leaving the tractor seat. In the same way, the hydraulic offset can switch the drawbar position from working to the transport in a fast and easy way.
The special supporting foot keeps the drawbar raised and makes it perfect for parking the machine at rest. The stand is adjustable to be adapted to all grounds.
