A tensioned cover is the perfect way of covering concrete, enamelled, stainless steel, timber and coated storage tanks up to around 40 metres. Our tensioned cover has a KIWA suitability certificate, number K55382, and is produced and installed in accordance with the BRM guidelines and the Euro standard. The tensioned covers mostly are made from 850gr/m2 high-quality reinforced PVC foil which is provided with a KIWA certificate. The materials used are resistant to slurry, clean and contaminated water, sludge, etc..

The central column is made from hardwood or stainless steel, depending on the use. Other fixing materials, such as ratchet buckles, anchors and central crown are made from stainless steel and the tensioning tube around the tensioned cover is made from heavy galvanised steel.
Client-specific facilities can be incorporated in the tensioned cover such as manholes, mixer openings and other outlets. On-site installation is carried out by our KIWA, ISO and VCA certified installation teams.
