From Slurry Basement
Inner channel walls made of precast parts - quality and precision. Following the trend towards new systems in agriculture, Greten developed a new product series: inner channel wall modules. Until now slurry basements have always been made using conventional methods of construction. Noticeable uneven spots in the bearing surface for the slat panels are a great disadvantage of these methods of construction. Greten prefabricated channel walls stand out due to their outstanding dimensional accuracy and quality. Fast and easy assembly shortens the building time of a pen because these elements are set up afterwards on the previously constructed floor of the pit. Customized wall lengths and heights up to 1.25m can be produced with the inner channel walls. Recesses for alternating accumulation systems (Fig. 1) are integrated in the channel wall at the factory. Otherwise necessary binding beams are no longer required. Recesses for different requirements can also be prepared at the factory.
Length and height of the inner walls are based on your individual plans.
Certain elements are always manufactured based on the construction site requirements and logistics.
System widths: 15.0 cm, 17.5 cm, 20.0 cm, 25 cm, and 30.0 cm
