Kalt - Flow Press
The newly developed Kalt Flow Press has refined the filling and pressing system by allowing different formats to be produced on one and the same machine in batch operation. The cheese, which is transferred gently and directly to the desired pressing mould, is automatically transferred to a pressing line at the end of which the natural product can be removed from the mould.
