Model KSL 950 - Slicing Machine
The KSL slicing machine is for slicing frozen salmon and has a capacity up to 250 slices per minute. The thickness of the slices can be adjusted from 1 mm up to 5 mm and can slice fillets from the smallest to the largest sizes. At the same time without the use of any tools to can transform the salmon slicer into a tuna-slicer – only by changing the “tower” of the machine. The tower for the tuna loins is an extra option for this machine. The slicer only needs 380V electricity (for the tuna tower air is needed). You can have 2 machines in one and save money and space.

Freezer for the slicing machine
In order to keep salmon sides frozen before slicing we offer a chest freezer – this will be the salmon sides at the right temperature and avoid that they will be thawed before slicing.
