WESSEL load lowering control valves protect booms against unintended extend or retract movement of their cylinders in case of hose or pipe rupture. WESSEL load lowering control valves are designed leakage free and thus keep the cylinder in a defined position. Because of their design they are recommended for applications which tend to vibration, such as multipart arms.
