Bio Accelerator - Model R - Biomass Impact Reactor
From Bio Accelerator - Biomass Impact Reactor
The BIOaccelerator is an impact reactor which breaks up the cell walls of the substrate using rotating elements. By preparing the biomass, even various non-fermentable or difficulty fermentable substrates can be used in the biogas power plants. Therefore, the BIOacceleratorr can also process substrates that contain many foreign particles.

Substrate
BIOaccelerator - Also suitable for substrates that contain many foreign particles, such as:
- Chicken manure (laying hens)
- Beets
- Food waste
- Dry corn stalks
- Landscaping material
- Silage corn, GPS
- Silage corn stalks, cereal straw
- Separated manure, dung
- Green waste, grass clippings
- Wastes from the food industry
Function
The BIOacceleratorr demonstrates a low susceptibility to damage, as the comminution-process takes place by means of continuous rotations. The material undergoes a mechanical treatment which causes the biomass to be shredded, thereby significantly increasing the surface size. This method significantly accelerates the degradation of the material and thereby shortens the duration in the fermenter, increasing the product's biogas yield.
