Leading tines, Springboard levelling system and 2 rows of cast rings or razor rings. Simple positive depth/ pitch control; 1050 kg weight per metre (approx); rigid or centre folding formats. Folding models reduce to 2.5m for transport. Leading tines: individually adjusted for depth and pitch to suit soil conditions and work deeper in tractor wheelings. Tines are staggered in 2 rows giving 300mm spacing.
Springboard: heavy duty levelling system comprising single row of individual springed sections, angled backwards and carrying ‘paddles’ that level and till the soil. Pitch of Springboard can be hydraulically adjusted on the move to suit soil conditions across the field.
Press wheels: 2 rows set at 200mm centres on each axle. Rings intermeshed achieving 100mm spacing overall. Scrapers are fitted between the back rings.
Ring sizes: Press rings: 28” (450mm).
Razor rings: 26” (420mm).
Rigid: 3.0, 3.2, 3.4, 3.6, 3.8, 4.0, 4.2, 4.4 m.
Centre folding: as above plus 4.6, 4.8, 5.0, 5.2, 5.4, 5.6, 6.0, 6.2, 6.4, 6.6 m.
