Spray Stake Watering for Soil Grown Trees
From Tree Irrigation
For trees that are direct planted into the soil all the above options can be used but as a more cost effective option we have available a spray stake emitting 12 litres per hour with a 180 degree throw pattern in a spray. The dripper is installed as a set into the main pipe and comprises of 3 parts all assembled into a single unit, the dripper, the dripper lead and the spray stake, the sets are placed either side of the tree and the watering pattern is achieved by the spray stakes watering the ground area.
The sets use again a pressure compensated dripper which allows for constant flow rates at varying water inlet pressures, the dripper’s sets can also be capped off when a tree is removed to stop wastage of water.
