Semco - Sprinkler Systems
From Firefighting and Detection Solutions
Sprinkler systems are reliable and efficient in use since only the sprinkler heads affected by fire and heat are activated. A sprinkler system is an active fire protection method, consisting of a water supply system, providing specific pressure and flow to a distribution piping system, onto which sprinkler nozzles are connected.

Product Details
In a sprinkler system, each sprinkler head has its own heat-sensitive trigger. Therefore, only nozzles directly affected by the fire and heat will burst releasing the sprinkler control valve.
In a sprinkler system, the fire suppression or control device operates automatically when its heat-activated element is heated to its thermal rating or above, allowing water to discharge over a specified area.
The most important component of a sprinkler system is the network of distribution pipework and a dedicated and guaranteed water supply. The sprinkler nozzles are spaced according to the fire risk and are located in the branch pipes. In the event of a fire, only those sprinkler heads in the immediate vicinity of the fire are activated. We design, manufacture and test each skid at our premises.
