Optimised temperature control throughout the wine-making phases due to entire laser-welded exchange surfaces without tank ring interior marking.

An optimised truncated shape allowing:
- Grape juice/marc exchanges favoured by immersion of two-thirds of the cap
- Off-loading with cap collapse.
- Cap clearing which is facilitated by its smaller surface.
