Description of technology
Chisel cultivator Triolent is suitable for both common stubble breaking and cultivation, and for deepening to the depth greater than usual depth of ploughing.
Work to the depth of 35 cm
Chisel cultivator Triolent is equipped with three rows of working members with the ploughshare pitch of 290 mm which ensures quality loosening of the soil and incorporation of plant residues with relatively low traction resistance. The ploughshares are equipped with spring protection with release force of 450 kg and enable to work to the depth of 35 cm. For work to the depth of 20 cm ploughshares can be equipped with winglets for full-area undercut. For greater depths it is better to work without winglets since the traction resistance is significantly reduced. The quality of processing is not deteriorated.
High variability
Chisels of ploughshares may be fitted with plates of cemented carbides ensuring prolonged service life and optimum geometry of ploughshare throughout the lifetime of the machine. There are levelling disks located behind the machine ploughshares. The disks are levelling the soil surface. To obtain optimum surface structure and good recompaction, there is an option of an appropriate rear roller. There are several types of rear rollers. In addition to depth guiding of the machine, the roller provides recompaction of the soil, crumbling of clods and levelling of the area surface.
A strongly dimensioned frame – at the carried variant the profile 100 x 100 x 8 mm – is used on chisel cultivators Triolent. Possibility to work with folded Triolent machine and less powerful tractor can be used at maximum depth processing.
High performance and quality of work
- High working speed up to 12 km/h.
- Low traction resistance and excellent mixing of the soil due to the optimized design of ploughshares.
- Excellent permeability for plant residues.
- The spiral shape of the upper part of ploughshares for controlled flow of the soil.
- Maintenance-free working members fitted with plates of cemented carbides for minimal wear.
Easy operation
Due to minimum of adjusting and lubricating points the operation and subsequent maintenance are very easy steps that anybody can perform.
- Minimum of adjustment points.
- Minimum of lubrication points.
