Development and strategy for emergency vaccines
All isolated strains are kept in our strain collection. In case the first pathogen characterisation was not done by RIPAC - Laboratory, we would be very grateful if you would advise the other laboratory to send us the strain. We will then test the isolated pathogens and decide if those can be used in our vaccine. For every vaccine we develop a specific strategy and composition, depending on the type of animal, the way animals are used and the epidemiological situation.
