Our Service Managers are never incentivised to increase what our customers spend. After all we are here to save customers money. The job of the SM is to ensure that we are delivering what we said we would and to work with customers to meet any targets that we have agreed between us.The Service Manager is also an escalation point for any issues that our Customer Service teams need assistance in resolving.
