Parts and Service
It is our mission to offer parts availability for all current Etnyre equipment models and most vintage Etnyre, and Hyster Trailer models. Additionally, all Etnyre Dealers have the facilities and knowledge to service the Etnyre equipment that they sell.
If you have any service or operational issues regarding Etnyre equipment, or if you need to order genuine Etnyre replacement parts, contact your Etnyre Dealer. Etnyre also maintains a Customer Service department in our corporate office in Oregon, Illinois. The Etnyre Customer Service office provides service training and support to our dealers as well as direct customer assistance. Moreover, Etnyre provides parts and operators' manuals at no cost to owners of Etnyre equipment which can be obtained through your Etnyre Dealer or the Etnyre Customer Service Department at 1-800-995-2116 or via email at CustomerService@etnyre.com.
Our Customer Service Department is open five days a week (major Holidays excluded) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST. Online parts orders are accepted 24 hours a day. Most orders received before 3:30 p.m. CST are shipped the same day.
