Characterization/ Suitability
We offer soil and overburden baseline inventories, monitoring and evaluations to support our client’s development ad reclamation projects. We utilize a variety of sampling and support equipment including a Giddings soil probe, state of the art GPS receivers and ArcGIS or AutoCAD to produce detailed soil maps.

Amendments
Habitat Management develops site specific soil and overburden amendment plans to treat a variety of issues including low fertility and organic matter, saline/sodic soils, acid overburdens.
Handling Plans
We develop and implement specific material handling and mitigation plans to allow for plant growth in difficult and problematic materials. We also design and implement sampling plans to identify plant growth-limiting materials, including burned and hydrophobic soils, high coarse fragment contents, steep slopes, acid, seleniferous, sodic and saline materials.
