Version LemnaShare - Knowledge Exchange Platform Software
LemnaGrid image analysis grids can be supplied online, as well as shared and exchanged, by using the LemnaGrid exchange interface. The incoming grids, transferred to LemnaShare by the users, are validated and classified by LemnaTec to be used by all customers as a basis for their own work or other ready-to-use solutions. Thus the risk of double developments is minimised and the ongoing process of extracting increasingly relevant biological data from images can be accelerated.
LemnaShowcase is an online service that presents the performance of our image analyses. This features our public image analysis configuration (IAC) and the associated resulting images.
After the software is launched the main window of LemnaShowcase appears. The main window primarily consists of a table (middle), a filter (left), a search text field (top left), a tool bar (right) and an image browser (right).
LemnaShare is an online services offer to support our customers. It currently consists of two web programs: “image analysis portal” and “direct image analysis exchange”. Both programs support the exchange of image analysis configurations and packages of images with corresponding configurations.
All new algorithms (e.g. 3D reconstruction or machine learning) are published in LemnaShare and presented in LemnaShowcase.Browse example images and data
The table in the middle of the main window contains image analysis configurations (IACs) and the most important data about the performed acquisition. More information is at hand by a double click on a table line. The screenshot on the right shows the online version of the LemnaShare table. Click it for an interactive preview!
Newly developed analysis algorithms and configurations are published in LemnaShare with textual data and example pictures. These downsized images are analysis result images and image processing intermediate results. This can be classified colours, identified objects, geometrical measures of objects and more. There are several example images for an IAC in most cases. You can browse available images with the arrow buttons below the image. Click on an image to display it in a separate window with higher rwesolution. To search for a specific IAC for your needs you can use the search text field. This applies a text filter to the table to reduce the displayed IACs to thos that match your search criterion. You can also reduce the data shown in the table with a filter. Fast filtering is done by switching categories and sub-categories on and off. The “deactivate filter” button resets the table.
