50kg/h frozen french fries production line for Spain

A Spanish end-user customer purchased a 50kg/h frozen french fries plant to start a new food processing business. As a startup, the client selected this small-capacity, semi-automatic solution for its cost efficiency and stable performance. The complete frozen french fries plant includes washing, peeling, cutting, blanching, frying, deoiling, freezing, and packaging equipment, all made of food-grade stainless steel. In addition to frozen fries, the customer also produces flavored potato chips by adding a slicing and seasoning machine, while sharing most processing equipment. We also provided customized packaging design and finished bags, helping the customer successfully launch branded products in the local market.
