Advantages and disadvantages of disc granulator
Disc granulator is one of the main equipments for granulating compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer and organic-inorganic fertilizer. The disc angle of the organic fertilizer disc granulator adopts an integral arc structure, and the granulation rate can reach more than 95%. The organic fertilizer disc granulator is equipped with three discharge ports, which is convenient for intermittent production, greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves the labor efficiency. The reducer and motor of disc granulator are driven by flexible belt, which can start smoothly, reduce the impact force and improve the service life of disc granulator. The bottom of the organic fertilizer disc granulator is strengthened by a number of radiant steel plates, which is durable and never deformed. The thickened, weighted and firm base design of the organic fertilizer disc granulator makes the operation stable without anchor bolts. The main gear of compound fertilizer granulator is quenched by high frequency, and its service life is doubled. The granulating plate of compound fertilizer disc granulator is lined with high-strength glass fiber reinforced plastic, which is corrosion-resistant and durable. This surface has the advantages of uniform granulation, high granulation rate, stable operation, strong and durable equipment, long service life and so on.
Disc organic fertilizer granulator machine
- Advantages: uniform granulation, low return material and large production capacity.
- Disadvantages: unable to pretreat materials, dust and smoke pollution is serious.
Rotary Drum Granulator
- Advantages: by increasing the temperature of granulation, the liquid phase in the basic material is increased, and the material is pelletized under low water content, which has the advantages of easy drying, energy saving and consumption reduction.
- Disadvantages: when the process conditions are not well controlled, the return material is higher than that of the disc granulator.
