How to distinguish the quality of pressed oil
At present, the market is flooded with gutter oil, for the safety of cooking oil, we are worried about what oil we eat every day, is it safe? 1. Color of pressed oil:
Soybean oil, peanut oil, rapeseed oil and cottonseed oil are the most pressing oil. The color quality of soybean oil is dark yellow, the color of rapeseed oil is yellow slightly green or golden, the color of peanut oil is light yellow and orange, and the color of cottonseed oil is light yellow.
2. Identify by the smell of oil:
After pressing the oil mill project, you can touch it with your finger, then put it in the palm of your hand, and then smell it. Good oil has no peculiar smell, and gives out the smell of the oil itself. If there is a sour smell, you must not want it.
3. Observe oil transparency:
High transparency of oil, less moisture impurities, is the high quality of oil. Generally placed 1 day after the oil is clear and transparent without any turbidity no precipitation and suspended matter.
4. Taste the oil:
You can touch a little oil with chopsticks and put it in your mouth to taste. For example, peanut oil can taste the unique flavor of peanut. It should not have other flavors such as sour and bitter.
5. Heating observation:
Take a little oil with a spoon and heat it on the stove, the temperature is about 150?. If there is a lot of foam, it also makes a "creaking sound" to splash out, which means there is too much water. Remove the oil foam after heating, and observe the color of the oil.
